A great app!! I am very impressed with the accuracy of the rain estimates specific to my location. !! Matches my rain gauge very closely!! I have another home that doesn't have a rain gauge and has irrigation system, and now I don't need to purchase a rain gauge! Graphics on historical data are great too! Love the cumulative graphs and ability to select year.

I am a farmer and have 30 fields scattered over a wide geography. This app has been close to the rain gauges I have at certain fields so I would be confident using it instead of rain gauges in the future. Love this app.

I coordinate prescribed fire management for several different areas around southeast Georgia, some of which are not very close to my home base. This app is incredibly useful for burn planning! Especially during the rainy summer months where scattered afternoon showers could leave one area soaked, but skip the next town over, making it difficult to know if your burn unit is soaking wet or bone dry until you drive 2 hours and bring 12 people and all their equipment in. With this app, I can check the rainfall [of the exact site that we are hoping to burn] in the morning and give a confident confirmation or cancellation to the team before they even get in their trucks! It also helps with burn planning for units with duff, wetlands, and shrub encroachment. An absolute game changer. Highly recommend!

I like to cross check Precip's totals with my backyard rain gauge and it is surprisingly accurate. Also like to compare their totals for different areas of our small (pop. 20K) town. Since we travel long distance frequently, it is handy to know snowfall levels that we're headed into or what we have to shovel when we return.

This app gives rain info on the exact location of my house. I live in the Conway area of Orlando, which has a weird weather warp vortex like some black hole, having entirely different precipitation patterns than the greater Orlando area. This app has been spot on! I can see the real life differences shown by a comparison of my Orlando weather app and the Precip app for my house. It's incredibly specific and personalized.

I want to know, when I go to bed, if I have to get up early to clean the driveway. Weather apps tell me everything I don't care about but not how much snow. I have been wanting for this app for years. It took an AI app to find it. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

I am a bit of a weather nut, with paid/premium subscriptions to several popular weather apps. When I came across the precip.ai app a couple of months ago, I decided to give it a try. The app quickly became my favorite weather app, and the one I use more often than any other weather app. The main focus of precip.ai is on precipitation data and precipitation forecasts, and in that regard this app is unparalleled in what it offers. All in all, precip.ai is, far and away, the most interesting and most innovative new entry into the weather forecast app market I have seen in the 10+ years I have followed this market.

We are very pleased with this tool to help us plan ahead and record rain fall amounts on our property. The accuracy to our rain gauge is far better than other apps we use. Thank you.

Works great, if you don't have a rain gauge this is a must have. If you love going to new places to explore and want to know how wet or dry the trails are and area around.

Knowing how much rain our location has received in the past 24 hours, week and month is very important to me. This has been the best of many apps I've tried to track precipitation.

Pleased with accuracy of precipitation forecast and totals. Verified with manual rain-gauge in yard. Temperatures have been spot on as a bonus. Helps with gardening, lawn care and activities.

I use Precip nearly every day. The information available is important and the ability to monitor exact locations is big advantage. Understanding the information (past & future) at home as well as the golf course is not available with other apps.

Finally, an app that gives you the amount of precipitation by ZIP Code. We see our forecasts and watch the radar but often wondered exactly how much moisture was actually received. A great app meeting a true need.

This is the app I've been waiting for. As a landscaper who does a lot of digging in the ground, the rainfall in the 48-72 hour preceeding a potential work day is of paramount importance, and up until now there wasn't a good way to track the exact amount at a specific location. I would have to call my customers asking how much rain did you get yesterday? Of course, most didn't know. Thank you, for this app, I've been using it for three weeks and totally helped me do business.

Precip is precise. This is the best app I've found for measuring rainfall.

The precipitation amounts are no doubt not completely accurate but they were close enough that watching the amount of rain in various locations that flow into our river helped us know we needed to take action to prepare for flooding, more that any other resource we have found. We were able to get everything out of the lower level of our house in time to avoid losing anything and to make cleanup easier. I highly recommend this!
